In the winter the climate in Cape Town has average temps by day peaking at 24.9 degrees celcius in December. At night time temps fall to a minimum of of 14.9 degrees. In the spring time temperatures in Cape Town reach 25.4 degrees by day in March falling at night time to around 14.2 degrees celcius. Later on in June Cape Town temperature averages are in the region of from 7.8 to 18.1 degrees. As the winter approaches the Cape Town climate has slightly cooler temperatures. In September maximum temperatures are approximately 19.2 degrees and minimum temperatures are about 8.7 degrees on average.

In the winter the mean Johannesburg temperature for January has been recoreded to be on average in the range of 14.7 and 25.6 degrees celcius. Then in the spring time temperatures in Johannesburg, South Africa record mean low values of 10.3 degrees and temp highs of 21.1 degrees celcius in the month of April. In summery July the average values for the Johannesburg climate reach up to to from 4.1 to 16.7 degrees celcius and by the autumn mean temperatures tumble to the range of 11.2 and 23.8 degrees in October.

The climate of Durban in the winter is cool with mean temperatures in the night falling to 21.1 degrees in February. In the day time temperatures reach a maximum of 28 degrees. Later in the year temperatures in Durban in May reach 24.5 degrees by day falling over night to 13.8 degrees celcius. In August the Durban temperature is in the range of 12.5 and 22.8 degrees before the Durban climate begins to cool in November when the mean maximum temp is just 25.2 degrees. At this time of the year the mean low temp is in the region of 18.3 degrees.
